Emmanuel O. Awefada

Funnel Strategist & Automation Specialist

I map the funnel. Then I build it.

Most strategy stops at the document. Mine carries on into the pages, the automations and the code, so nothing is lost between the plan and the thing that ships.

The difference

Most strategists hand over the plan. Then they leave.

Most developers build precisely what they are given, including the parts that are wrong.

I do both halves. I map the system, the offer, the traffic, the sequence and the leak, and then I build it myself. Nothing is lost translating a strategy document to the person writing the code, because there is no translation step.

That is the entire proposition. Everything below it is evidence.

What I do

Five ways in, depending on the problem.

  • 01

    Strategy & Funnel Architecture

The map before the build: where the funnel loses people, and what belongs there instead.

    • Complete marketing strategy
    • Funnel design for your brand
    • Customer journey mapping
  • 02

    Build

Websites, web apps and mobile apps, designed and shipped by the person who planned them.

    • Websites & landing pages
    • Web applications
    • iOS & Android apps
    • Digital products & assets
  • 03

    Automation & AI

The machinery behind the funnel, built to your strategy rather than to a template.

    • Custom automations & workflows
    • CRM integration
    • AI agents for marketing tasks
  • 04

    Webinars & Challenges

The two highest converting formats available to you, run live or on rails.

    • Live webinar funnels
    • Automated & evergreen webinars
    • Challenge funnels
    • Product launches
  • 05

    Optimise & Revamp

For funnels that already exist and underperform. Data reviewed daily, changes weekly.

    • CRO reviewed daily, not monthly
    • Rebuilding existing funnels
    • Ongoing funnel management
    • Desktop, tablet & mobile parity

Portfolio

Selected work.

All work

How I work

Audit, map, build, optimise.

One sequence, run in this order every time, so the numbering means something.

  1. 01

    Audit

I work through what you have and find where it loses people. You keep the findings whether or not we go further.

  2. 02

    Map

The system on a single page: offer, traffic, sequence, and the route a stranger takes to becoming a customer.

  3. 03

    Build

Pages, funnels, automations, apps. Built to the map, shipped in stages you can watch.

  4. 04

    Optimise

Data reviewed daily, changes weekly. A funnel is never finished, only currently working.

A different buyer

Or I coach you through it.

Running your first webinar or challenge? I will coach you through the build rather than doing it for you. The same map, with you holding the pen.

Questions

What people ask before they book

What do you actually do?

I map where a funnel loses people, then build the fix myself. That covers the strategy, the pages, the automations and the code, so nothing is lost between the plan and the thing that ships.

Do you only plan the funnel, or build it as well?

Both, and that is the whole point. Most strategists hand over a document and leave. Most developers build exactly what they are given, including the parts that are wrong. Doing both halves removes the translation step where projects usually fail.

Can you fix a funnel I already have?

Yes, and it is usually faster than starting again. I audit what exists, find where it leaks, and rebuild only the parts that are costing you money.

Is this only for coaches and course creators?

That is where most of the work has been, because challenges and webinars live or die on the funnel. The problem itself is not specific to them. If someone has to click four times before they can pay you, there is something here worth looking at.

Do I need traffic already for this to be worth doing?

Some, yes. A funnel does not create demand, it stops you losing the demand you already have. If almost nobody is landing on your pages yet, your money is better spent getting the first few hundred visitors than optimising for them. I will say so on the call rather than take the work.

Which platforms do you work in?

GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels and Kartra for funnels. HubSpot, Keap, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo and Mailchimp for CRM and email. Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, Flutterwave, Klarna and Square for checkout. Zapier, n8n and Twilio for automation. Custom builds in Next.js and Supabase when a template will not do.

What does a project cost?

It depends on what the funnel needs, so I quote after the call rather than before it. Rebuilding one checkout page and building a full challenge funnel with the automations behind it are not the same job, and quoting them as if they were gets somebody the wrong thing. You get a scope and a number in writing before any work starts.

How long does it take?

The build is rarely what holds a project up. Waiting on copy, logins and a decision about the offer is. Once those are in hand things move quickly. I give you a timeline on the call, once I know the scope, and I tell you which parts depend on you.

What do you need from me?

Less than most people expect, and nearly all of it at the start. Access to your platform, whatever copy and brand assets already exist, and a straight answer on what you are selling and who it is for. After that I would rather send you something to react to than ask you to write a brief.

What happens after it goes live?

I stay on it long enough to watch real traffic move through and fix what the first visitors expose, because that is when the honest problems show up. Nothing is locked to me. The logins, the pages and the automations are yours, and you can run the whole thing without me.

Can you work with the developer or assistant I already have?

Yes. Often the useful thing is for me to write the plan and build the parts your team has not done before, then hand the rest over. If you already have people, using them is cheaper than using me.

What happens on the 15 minute call?

You bring the funnel you are stuck on and I tell you where I believe it is losing people. There is no pitch. If the diagnosis is all you take from it, the fifteen minutes still paid for itself.

Can you coach me through it instead of building it?

Yes. Same map, but you hold the pen. It suits people running their first webinar or challenge who want the structure without handing the whole build over.

The invitation

Fifteen minutes, no pitch.

Bring the funnel you are stuck on and I will tell you where I believe it is losing people. If that is all you take from the call, it was still worth the fifteen minutes.
